The semiconductor manufacturing process consists of the front-end process to form electronic circuits on the surface of semiconductor wafers and the back-end process to cut them into chips and assemble them. Most of the processes in the front-end process are done in the wet process.
Our products are used in these wet process materials, taking advantage of their water-soluble characteristics, and are highly evaluated, especially as additives in the CMP process.
